PTA is a grassroots organization made up of parents, teachers, and community leaders who have an interest in the well-being of children and youth in our school and community.  By joining our Carroll PTA, you become part of the largest child advocacy organization in Texas, with over 500,000 members.

PTA will give you an opportunity, not only to impact your local community, but to have input in major legislative and policy issues affecting children throughout the state. Membership gives you a voice for Texas children!

Our Carroll PTA has achieved 100% Membership for the last FOUR school years!

When you join our Carroll PTA:

  1.      You also become a member of Texas PTA and National PTA.

  2.      You qualify for Texas PTA and National PTA benefits (see below).

  3.      You are eligible to vote at Carroll PTA Association Meetings.

  4.      Your dues help pay for Student Programs at Carroll Elementary.
